Paul Miller

 Paul is one of the founding Directors of Knadel. Paul has undertaken a number of major assignments covering both operations and IT, leading large multi-disciplined teams comprising of both Knadel and client resources.

Paul has extensive experience in the front, middle and back office across both operations and IT. As a consultant Paul has worked with a large number of blue chip firms including Man Group, Fidelity International, Foreign & Colonial and Threadneedle; specializing in the development of complex operating models, strategic application architectures and the selection of software and service providers.

Prior to co-founding Knadel Paul spent a number of years as an industry practitioner working for asset managers, a hedge fund and an investment bank. Roles included valuations, investment operations and trading across all the main instruments. Before moving to management consulting with CSTIM in 2002 Paul spent a number of years at DST International within both professional services and sales, covering clients across Europe and North America.

Paul is well known across the industry for chairing numerous events including TSAM and SIBOS, as well as being a judge for a number of industry awards most notably the Buy Side Technology Awards, which he has participated in since it was first launched in 2007.  Paul has also worked with many clients to help facilitate and moderate various decision, discussions and developments in both formal and informal environments.

Outside of work Paul can be primarily found in one of two places...either walking around the fields and paths of Chiddingfold or banging and crashing around the kitchen with a glass of wine in his hand!
