Dean LumerDirector
Before co-founding knadel, Dean spent 9 years as an Investment Management industry professional, 4 years as a software consultant to the investments industry and 12 years as a management consultant providing investment management firms with strategic advice and support for major change initiatives. When not working Dean can be found in the mountains, either trekking up them, skiing down them or admiring them with a nice glass of wine.
Paul MillerDirector
Paul has over 25 years experience in the investment management industry, having worked for Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Software companies. For the last 8 years he has been a management consultant providing knowledge, advice and delivery in both investment systems and operations across the front, middle and back office. Outside of consulting Paul enjoys spending time in the kitchen where he does a fine impression of Keith Floyd!
Paul SuttonDirector
Paul is a career management consultant, with over 15 years specialising in Investment Management. Before joining Knadel in 2009, Paul was a Partner at Morse/CSTIM where he led a team of c. 20 consultants which provided advice and implementation support on a wide range of client projects. Paul is an avid Spurs fan – but requests that this is not held against him.
Steve WallisHead of Delivery Services
Steve has 30 years experience in investment management operations, having built and led operational teams at pension funds, investment management companies and outsource service providers. Steve’s arrival in July 2010 brings a sporting balance to the office (he’s an Arsenal season ticket holder) and spends most summer weekends exploring the beaches and restaurants on the north Kent coast.
Jonathan HammondBusiness Technology Practice Leader
Jonathan specialises in asset management operations, enterprise architectures and IT & data strategy. Having spent eight years in IT consulting Jonathan joined an investment management consultancy in 2004 and has since advised on operating model design, system selections and implementations as well as investment operations outsourcing. When not working for knadel Jonathan supports a family business and time-permitting can be found either on the tennis court or in the garden.
Gilly Green
Wealth Management Practice Leader
Gilly joined knadel in January 2011 to lead the wealth management practice. Gilly has been in the wealth industry for over 20 years, 7 of which has been in management consulting, providing support to clients with advice on strategy, improvements to client service, and management of operational change. Just prior to joining us she spent 4 years at Northern Trust in London, developing and expanding their Family Office proposition for Ultra HNW clients and family offices in EMEA. At weekends outside is where Gilly likes to be, especially sailing catamaran dinghies and although she maintains she's slowed down these days, she's still an adrenalin addict for a windy race.

Colin has over 25 years in financial services, across the investment management, banking and insurance sectors. He has consulted for over 15 years and has also held a Product role in the securities servicing industry. He has advised clients on topics as varied as activity based costing to middle / back office outsourcing. When outside work Colin would rather be on a tennis court than anywhere else.
